• Liquid treatments - We use these on the interior and exterior of your home, creating a protective zone around the foundation of your home and at key entry points. In addition, liquid treatments offer two-stage protection, stopping current infestations and providing long-term deterrence from future problems.
• Search and destroy - We strategically install a series of termite bait stations in the ground around your home.  The bait stations are discovered by foraging termites near your home. Once termites feed on the bait, they carry the control agent back to the colony and share it with other termites.

• Free termite damage repair to your structure and its contents for new subterranean termite damage after the inception of your contract

• Free retreatments if active termites are present

• Non-cancelable contract by Terminix as long as you pay your annual renewal fee (Many other providers have an opt-out clause that allows them a way to cancel your coverage.)

• We promise to keep your annual renewal fee the same for at least three (3) years.  Historically, we raise fees by a minimal amount every four (4) years.
